OUR TEAM
Gabe Woolf-Sullivan
Gabe is a co-director and the first employee of the Cashman Family Foundation. Gabe graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and has since worked in construction in both the US and Haiti, and well as the Alaska Fire Service. He joined the organization in 2017 and helped build it from the ground up. In Haiti he has served as construction manager for a variety of different projects, including a maternal health center, plumbing and electrical improvements to hospitals and clinics, and a rehabilitation center.
Liz Cherchia
Liz is a co-director of the Cashman Family Foundation. She graduated from Northeastern University with a major in Civil Engineering and a minor in Social Entrepreneurship and following that completed a yearlong intensive Mandarin Chinese program at Yunnan University in Kunming, China. She has experience as both a site supervisor and project manager on construction projects all over Haiti.
Alexis Otheniel
Alexis brings years of experience in construction on a diverse array of projects all over Haiti. A native of both Port au Prince, Haiti and Miami, Florida, he helps us navigate the often-challenging waters and many misunderstandings and misconceptions between Haitian and American culture. He is an integral part of the team and without his skills and experience, we wouldn’t be able to bridge the gap between “the Haitian way” and “the American way.”
Kendy Lexcima
Kendy hails from Miragoane, Haiti, and operates our heavy equipment, a vital role in the organization. Without his skill, experience, and positive attitude, we never would have completed the bridge in Perches.
